The safety and security of your staff and premises is of the utmost importance and so if a problem occurs then you would want it to be repaired swiftly and without delay.  A maintenance policy with 1st Call covers you for door entry units supplied by 1st Call and all the components within.  We carry a large stock of parts in our own warehouse and our engineers always carry a variety of common components in order to try to resolve the problem on the first visit, no waiting for parts to be ordered.

Our door entry maintenance is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
