Having worked with 1st Call for a number of years now at a previous practice I was pleased when I moved to Newbold to find that 1st Call where the existing provider as it saved me the job of changing.

When I started my new role, Andrew sent over one of his engineers to go through the setup of the system with me and to make sure I had a user name and password for the portal, this was done free of charge, I know many companies would have charged me to do this.

Whenever I have any issues, which is rare, the team at 1st Call are easily contactable on the phone and you always talk to a person, not a robot and they are always extremely helpful.

To me it feels like I am being looked after by a friend for whom nothing is too much trouble and that is a nice feeling. 1st Call set the standard when it comes to customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone.
