A maintenance policy with 1st Call covers you for the main central control unit and all the components within, plus all your main system specific handsets. We carry a large stock of system components in our own warehouse and our engineers always carry a variety of common components in order to resolve the problem on the first visit, no waiting for parts to be ordered. Our maintenance is 24 hours / 7 days a week and all of our maintenance customers are given a dedicated out of hours number to access our on call engineer in times of emergency.
We can offer a variety of care levels for your telephone lines dependent on your own individual needs. We would advise that the care level on your lines with BT Openreach reflects the importance of them to your organisation.
